BLC 20 Challenge

It is the 1st challenge of the BLC. Here it goes:
BLC 20 Goals……
Plan. I will plan my workout schedules and menus every Sunday for the entire week. No excuses.
Always track my food. I am really good at tracking – unless I am gone from home. The reason being is it takes so long to input on the app! But I will do my best to always track.
Never quit. I will continue my marathon training and run the Marine Corps Marathon on Oct. 28th. The mileage to me is daunting. But I will not quit and I WILL attain this Marathon Goal!
Tone my legs more. I know that running has done them a world of good but I want the cuts! I need to incorporate leg workouts more during the week.
Helpings of freggies. I do good but not great. There is room for improvement in this department. I will strive to get 5 servings of freggies every day.
Effort – I will put my best effort into the Panther team. To be a role model and a good leader of success.
Remember to take time to smell the roses…..AKA relax! I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself that is 99% of the time completely unnecessary. I plan to take more time to read, spend time with my family and just enjoy life.
