Since my last blog about my weight loss, I have received several private emails requesting more details about Take Shape For Life. tyeasley.tsfl.com

Let me just add that I waited a year before I started this program. I was waiting for the right time, the motivation, the finances, a weight loss buddy, I waited for a sign. . . . and finally I realized that was living in wait/weight and I just had to find a way/weigh to JUST DO IT!!

I discussed with my husband who told me to "just do it." I whined about not being able to afford it. He made me realize that if we stopped eating out that we could afford it.

Walking into a restaurant, used to be like walking into Cheers or like a room filled with family and friends. Everyone (the customers, the waiters, busers and owners, knew my name (husband's name too). They also knew my order before I sat down and ordered. It was like a family, they would hug me, come over to my table and visit and say how glad they were to see me.

I stopped eating at restaurants, which was making me fat anyway. I really thought I looked great in all of these photos. I could not SEE myself they way I really looked.

So if you are concerned about finding the right time, finding the will, finding the way. . . . JUST DO IT. . . (IF YOU CAN). I realize that the economy and job situation may be an issue. So weight/wait a year or two, but do it, when times get better.

You deserve it.

Take Shape For Life is a 3 phase plan to Optimal Health;
The Weight Loss Phase is the 5 & 1 phase where you can lose up to 2-5 pounds per week by eating 5 meals and 1 lean and green meal. The lean protein and non-starchy green vegetable, typically consists of 5-7 ounces of meat and vegetables. There 70 foods to choose from that have the same nutritional foot print as it relates to calories, carbs, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

I lost 20 pounds the first month. I discontined my Metformin. My blood pressure and cholesterol are normal. My A1C is 5.5 as of my August 2012 doctor's visit.

The Transition Phase occurs after you have met your weight loss goal and other foods are transitioned back in to your diet.
The Maintenance Phase is where you put your healthy habits to work to support lasting weight maintenance.

You work with a Health Coach, free of charge, as well as other support that will help you meet your optimal health goals. Over 20,000 physician have recommended this program and 1,000,000 people have used this program.

The Cost is up to you based on your food choices, the plan that best suits your needs and budget. Typically, the cost ranges from $8.00 - $11.00 per day.

I'm an insurance agent, a real estate appraiser, a real estate broker and a TSFL Health Coach.My plate is now full with inspiration and determination and if I can do it, you can do it too!!

I became a TSFL Health Coach because I saw how my weight loss moved others to action. Some of my friends, family and co-workers have started on their journey because I found a way. They saw their success through my weight loss success.

Now the waitresses and restaurant owners say, "Where have you been?" or "You look fantastic, have you lost weight?!."

Another point, you don't have to be at your ideal weight to become a TSFL Health Coach, so if you are interested in learning more about becoming a Health Coach, please let me know.
