So I lost 112 pounds

I have a little over 14 to go until I am at my goal weight. Now what?

I am thinking maybe I should focus on a new healthy goal to keep me from gaining the weight back or fall back on bad habits. Anyone have any good suggestions? I have asthma so I don't want anything that will put me in the hospital. Be gentle with me. lol

    Wow that's awesome, way to go! Good luck to you on keeping it off. Don't really have any advice there as I haven't been at my goal weight since I was in highschool. Just don't slip back into those old bad habits. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I would take up a new class that is not going to upset your asthma like yoga or pilates. Both will tone you up and they focus on proper deep breathing.

    Not sure what your fitness routine is now but maybe try training for a 5 or 10k walk/run or work on increasing your strength training routine to gain muscle mass during the last part of your journey.

    Congratulations! Yes, the goal now is to keep the weight off. Some have said that this is the hardest part, but with some vigilance and continuing to do what you know is healthy can help with that.
