I have a little over 14 to go until I am at my goal weight. Now what?
I am thinking maybe I should focus on a new healthy goal to keep me from gaining the weight back or fall back on bad habits. Anyone have any good suggestions? I have asthma so I don't want anything that will put me in the hospital. Be gentle with me. lol
