I just read your previous post from today. Great job with lunch. The one thing I've learned in my battle with my weight, and I have "several years experience" with this is that if you fall off and overeat (been there done that) don't obsess and beat yourself up over it. Eat right at the next meal and the next one. It is amazing to me how eating healthy becomes a habit. I admit I go out to eat and once in a while I go over my calories. But I try very hard to get back on track as soon as I can. Okay I guess I'm done babbling. You will do a great job, hang in there and stick with Sparkpeople. Its a great tool.
