You know it's there. That feeling that triumph you feel when you know without a shadow of a doubt, you will get up early and workout. Then your alarm sounds, and is silenced before another thought enters your head.
Sound familiar? That was my morning, what happens when I snooze is so much more than "just snoozing." Those few minutes I stayed in beed until the next snooze could have been used to change into workout clothes and stretch. Then a quick walk, and then some strengh training. But, time was wasted while I was unable to fall asleep, but "unable" to get out of bed.
This means, sometime after work, I need to fit in working out to my long MANDITORY list of things to do.
Good things about this weekend: I lost quite a bit of weight, although I gained a lot back due to my awful eating habits. I let myself really slide Saturday night and all day Sunday.
Monthly Goal: To finish out August Soda Free!
Weekly Goal: No matter what drink my water.
Daily Goal: 2 Mile Walk / 30 Day Shred Day 1 w/ my SP accountability partner.
Thanks for all the concern about my leg. It's feeling much better!
