Flexibility is One Key

Yesterday I was feeling bad because I had 2 cookies for a snack. BUT I recorded them and adjusted my dinner so I came out in my goal range. This is teaching me that flexibility is important. Being aware of what I eat means that I can fit deviations into the plan. I find that I enjoy "figuring it out", checking my nutrition status and tweaking what I'm eating to get a better profile.

    That's great! Not to mention "everything in moderation." I have chocolate most days and have still been steadily losing!
