Well I have had quite a hectic week! Just about finished a summer school to get into uni so I can finally relax :)
This past week calorie and exercise wise has not been good! I think I have stuck to my calories once, and don't even mention the word exercise.. I was getting into my old habit of sticking to my calories all day then late at night just going wild :( haha. Hopefully after a good sleep i'll be back on track tomorrow and I have no intention of going over my calories today :D
This is the first time i've stayed away from home and I haven't been able to weigh myself which has been really hard because the progress on the scale is my main motivator. However! I tried on a top yesterday I bought a few months ago that was still too small when I came here last month, and it fit!! I was so happy at least I know I haven't undone all my good work over the month!
Really need help controlling my night time cravings, I don't know what happened they just seem to have returned with a vengence!
I thought I would blog about this past week as I am quite new to blogging but have found using it a good way to reflect on what I've done, and sharing my progress with people seems to motivate me to stick it out!
Also wouldn't mind some advice on combatting late night cravings!
