Back on the Wagon

Well, at the beginning of May I fell off the wagon, so to speak. After five months of going strong, I stopped tracking my food and stopped exercising. All at once. Yeah, looking back I'm not too proud of that little fact... Luckily I learned enough here that I was able to maintain my weight. BUT I started thinking about how I still want to loose more weight and how I actually of miss exercising (I NEVER thought those words would enter my mind. Ever. Haha!)
So, here I am. Again. Going to give it another go. Wish me luck! My work schedule is wacky the rest of the week, so I'll be up bright and early on Saturday to do my exercises.
