Spaghetti Squash

I had a good experience making and eating spaghetti squash yesterday.

I cut it in half, put it in a glass cake pan with water and baked it for a while at 250 degrees.

And then after it cooled, when I put my spoon in it, it came out like spaghetti.

Really good.

    Thank you for this post. I am just making a pot of spagetti sauce and I will try it with the spagetti squash!A great low cal alternative, and a way to include another veggie in the day!
