JULY - lets try again!

Well the herbalife shakes didn't work out that well. I was able to try it for a week but then my sugar level was going sky high, so I had to QUIT. I need to take better care of myself- easier said than done ugh!

Never the less, the quest continues to eat healthy and exercise. I was thinking of joingn 24 hour Fitness again, but this time I said well let me see what I can do on my own first and then take it from there. So the plan is walking in the morning, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner then walking in the evening after work. I'll see how that works out then when I feel I have plateaud- its time to change it up. I guess the key is don't give up and try, try again! It won't hurt anyone but myself it if QUIT!

July 4th was good, BBQ and I didn't over do it, but I wish I went walking or swimming or something to get active. I need to re-motivate myself to get in shape and get active - do some outdoor activities. I think I'll incorporate that as well into my new regimen of doing it on my own.

Well to others on their quest to lose that weight, don't give up and keep on SPARKIN!

    @Theath! - I'm definitely gonna keep it up and do it the old fashion way - exercise and watching that calorie in take.

    The gimmick stuff just doesn't work. Stick to exercise and counting calories...it works.
