Accomplishing my goals

I am finding it pretty easy to stick to my weight loss goals, the most difficult thing for me is exercising! I don't have any gym equipment, bands or fancy gadgets so my exercise is done on the floor or walking out doors.
The best thing I have is a support system! My kids and boyfriend are always saying how proud they are of me, that alone makes me feel great and very motivated!

    I just joined the 28 day bootcamp challenge. You do a 10 minute workout a day. You are actually suppose to do 30 minute cardio workout a day, I will do the video and I dance for 15 minutes then I walk or swim or something. The whole idea is find something you like doing or do it with someone you like. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    This week I have PMS and it's proving to be difficult for me to focus on my goals! Chocolate has always made me feel better when I have PMS, breaking this cycle will be a huge hurdle for me! emoticon

    I stepped on the scale today and I haven't lost any weight in 3 days!
    I know I didn't gain all my weight over night so I don't expect to lose it over night. I just wish my progress was a little faster!
    The most important thing that runs through my mind is that gimmicks or fad diets do not work, only hard work and dedication will pay off! The is no miracle pill! emoticon

    if your food you have under control that's 80% so the rest it's easier emoticon

    don't forget that there are videos that can help. I don't have any equipment either but can do push ups, squats ....
    the most inspire thing about your sharing is that you want to do this and that's a lot!!! emoticon
