Accomplishing my goals

I am finding it pretty easy to stick to my weight loss goals, the most difficult thing for me is exercising! I don't have any gym equipment, bands or fancy gadgets so my exercise is done on the floor or walking out doors.
The best thing I have is a support system! My kids and boyfriend are always saying how proud they are of me, that alone makes me feel great and very motivated!
