Reunited and Feeling Good!

The rough symptoms from my medication adjustment have gone away and I'm feeling much better physically. I'm less puffy and my pants are fitting loosely again. Still in the low 130s, holding steady for the past 6 months! But the bigger news is:
After six months of living 2000 miles apart (because of work), my wife is back home again!
She's on her summer work break and will be project-managing our move - together this time - to Edmonton. I'm thrilled to have her back in my life 24-7 and I feel like our marriage is stronger than ever now that we have passed through this incredible test of trust and communication.
It will take some readjustment to get used to living together again, especially since we have both changed our lifestyles even more over the past six months - in good ways! I think I'll be a good influence for her for healthy eating (and she'll help nudge me to be more flexible) and she'll be a great influence on me to push my fitness boundaries. Together we have lost over 100 lbs and dozens of inches. About 80% of that change happened before her Edmonton work started, and we saw each other for two weekends during that time, but I still feel like we haven't had time to get used to each other's new shapes and sizes. It's pretty exciting!
One of the things we did on our first weekend home together was go shopping - by bicycle of course - for swimsuits. Two. Piece. Swimsuits. (Mine is a tankini but STILL!)
We'll be celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversity on August 4th. It's been a long six months in many ways but it's all over now and I am feeling incredibly lucky and grateful.
