Okay, so I've lost a LOT of weight, and have been feeling good about myself over the past many months, but it's an obvious thing to me... and my husband has been gentle about this... that I've gotten off-plan... and gotten lazy.... and I've gained just a FEW pounds, back.

But I gained. That's a bad thing. Not because I gained a few pounds, but because a few pounds leads to more "few pounds" and then I'm right back where I started.

And I am never going there again.

Quite simply, I've gotten lazy. And now it's time to drag my lazy a$$ back into an exercise routine. I know what to do. It's just a matter of doing it.

    Thanks for posting to my blog. It's good to know I'm not alone.
    So when are you gonna start again? I hope its soon so we can muddle through this together. Please post your progress on your blog so I can see how you're doing and I'll do the same.
    Hopefully by committing to a month of fitness will give me the strength and momentum to carry on through after the month is over. Wish me luck and I wish you luck too.
    Now get moving!
