Okay, so I've lost a LOT of weight, and have been feeling good about myself over the past many months, but it's an obvious thing to me... and my husband has been gentle about this... that I've gotten off-plan... and gotten lazy.... and I've gained just a FEW pounds, back.
But I gained. That's a bad thing. Not because I gained a few pounds, but because a few pounds leads to more "few pounds" and then I'm right back where I started.
And I am never going there again.
Quite simply, I've gotten lazy. And now it's time to drag my lazy a$$ back into an exercise routine. I know what to do. It's just a matter of doing it.
