Stupid "wisdom" teeth

Yesterday morning I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. Two were impacted but the one on top was a standard extraction. All day yesterday I was very limited in what I could eat. It mostly involved yogurt, pudding, no sugar added ice cream, and Lortab.
Today is better pain wise. I missed my morning run because the thought of jarring my jaw around with each strike of my foot was less than appealing. I will pick back up with week 4 day 3 of C25K on Monday,
I'm so pleased with my progress this month. I have stayed within my calorie range except for 2 days. I don't workout everyday but I am moving in that direction as I start adding strength training to my week. I have been consistent with my running. I have lost 11 pounds. My hip bones and ribs are easier to feel. I fit into my jeans better. I have more energy. I have increased my fruits and vegetable intake considerably. I don't crave fast food!!! I have limited my soda intake and increased my water intake!
It's really been a good month and I'm NOT going to let some dental work derail my progress!
