Challenge Name: Who's Your VIP?
1. Go back and read your DIY Entry Card. Really drill it in.
2. If you stumbled or fell this weekend, then it's time to give it your all this week. I mean seriously, YOUR ALL. Have a new motivator every day if necessary. But I want to see you guys pushing it. If its a heatwave, swim or workout inside. If food is your demons, I want to see you bragging about 4 days without giving in to temptations.
-slow during Assignment 9 over the weekend, but I did really well during Assignment 10
3. If you're still on point, keeping up a streak when you thought you'd run out of steam long before now... then I encourage you to not give up. Don't quit, keep going. We've all got your back!
-Fall down 7 times get up 8. Right?
4. Practice this week... patience, commitment, and fun.
-I had a pretty good week during Challenge 10. Four good workouts. Even recorded my food 3 out of 4 days.
