So this am I get on the scale and I am now up like 3lbs. And why is that??? I have been following this new eating plan and I am gaining weight. I also miss my coffee and oatmeal. I was losing wt just counting calories so I have decides to Just count! I will add more living things to my calories but not like the last few days. Not sure if I was just not eating enough??
Today I am hoping to get some out side work done!
