OK, so I feel like I've got this workout thing down pretty well.

I have a good routine going that I've followed for a year and a half now.
Two or three days a week I do some sort of circuit training (ST and cardio combined).
Five to seven days a week I do cardio.
I throw in some other strength training here and there, just for fun.
I mix it up - doing all sorts of different exercises, because I like them.
I like just about everythng - walking, step aerobics, weightlifting, Pilates, yoga, HIIT...
I have yet to embace any type of kickboxing, but considering that I like just about everything else, I've forgiven myself for this. :-)
I have a simple home gym with equipment in it I actually use - free weights, step bench, body bar, medicine balls, resistance bands...
I move a lot, and I know when to rest. I take appropriate time off and I come back strong.
I've have nicely shaped shoulders that I've earned! (My natural build is shaped somewhat like a bowling pin, so you can imagine the thrill of having enough shoulder muscle to hold up my bra straps.) emoticon

Eating on the other hand is a mixed bag. Certainly better than Jan. 2011.
Lots better. My choices are good each and every day - until supper.
That's when the wheels fall off, or at least get a bit wobbly.
I'll not go into detail on this, except to say that it all gets recorded and the next day starts fresh, mostly without guilt (I'm perplexed, but not guilty)

I've maintained my 60+ lb. loss for more than seven months now, and that alone amazes me. Maybe this is where I'm supposed to be for awhile?

    emoticon You have done well and have incorporated some very healthy habits. emoticon Yesterday at the fitness center we were talking about how hard it is to maintain what we have lost and I think it all comes down to those good habits we have formed and continue working on. As for having trouble in the evening at dinner time and after. Do you have a goon snack about 3 in the afternoon? That may help. For lunch we have a bigger meal and for dinner it is lighter but then I always figure in popcorn or some healthy snack for later in the evening. I don't always need the snack but sometimes you just do. I wish you success. emoticon
