I have never blogged before so I feel it's about time I start!
I have been quite disappointed with myself lately. Most days eat the right things and stay within my calories. However, for some ANNOYING reason I always have strong cravings on a night and give in to them! I don't know why I do it when I can control my cravings for the day. Take tonight for instance, when I tracked my calories for the day I had went over by about 25 calories so I wasn't bothered by this and knew it wouldn't hurt my weight loss efforts. Just about an hour later I got up and ate a large piece of cake from the fridge and went wayyy over my calories for the day! Does anyone else ever find themselves doing this?
Anyways! When I do go over my calories a lot I try not to beat myself up about it and just tell myself not to give up
. There's always tomorrow and right now I'm looking forward to doing better from now!
