bfast-pure protein bar. banana. coffee with ff creamer.
lunch-light and fit yogurt. kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, and 100 cal almonds.
snack-an orange. a reduced fat cheese stick. iced coffee with ff creamer.
dinner-3 egg white mini quiche covered in caccitore red sauce w/veggies. light english muffin dry. almost a whole serving of snapea crisps.
