Biggest Loser Spring '12 bagan at 194 - 4 months and 45 pounds into my journey to Sassy & Sexy by Sixty. My goal for May 25th was a 19 lbs loss to 175. Not quite my High School weight but close and probably my wedding weight. Not my final goal - as this was never a thin weight for me - always overweight even in my head as well as 'by the books'.

Last weigh-in I had doubts that I would reach goal. This morning, I saw it as a real possibility. We will soon see.

My only hiccup was a week of vacation with good choices but I missed some hard cardio and fitting in all my water so the

The greatest success was when I faced a morning of cravings and raided the fridge, only to find out that all my choices were good ones, healthy ones and actually within calorie range.

My greatest discovery was finding an actual love for exercise and especially ZUMBA. There is a rush in knowing that hard work, activity and SWEATING results in calorie BURN and a better chance of activity on the scale.

It has been a spring of goals, friends, encouragement, POINTS, healthy eating, lots of CARDIO Minutes, and embracing the total SparkPeople Opportunities.

Summer Biggest Loser begins in 3.5 weeks. My GOAL is to reach 169 by Weigh-In. Of course that possibility is dependent on my Reaching Goal - 175 on Weigh-In Friday. But the journey is always, one bite, 5 minutes and one pound at a time.
