The bloat came back

I've been bloated the past week or so, and had a 2 pound weight gain last week. It seems to be a battle I will have to fight during the warm weather, not to mention when it really gets hot. I'm working on the problem as much as possible now, to alleviate serious problems later, and trying to think of steps to take that I can incorporate into my daily program. If anyone reading this has any suggestions, please let me know. I am in a wheelchair most of the day, so getting my feet up is not always an option.
I already take a water pill each day,
I drink fluids, but don't always measure the amounts, so:
I can be more careful about that and try to increase them.
I plan to get a water purifying pitcher for my fridge so I know when I've drank my quota for the day.
I'll be sure to drink an extra glass of water when I dine out. I did that on Mother's day and it worked out really well!
Planning on purchasing a new recliner with lots of back support and a leg rest to elevate my legs for better circulation.
I feel like I need to snack on "lean" food, meaning fruits and vegies; things that are not heavy like protein or absorbent like carbs. I feel like my body " processes everything better when I "eat lean."
So that's my plan as far as it goes for now. This weight loss road I have been on all my life has not just been an education in how to lose and gain weight, but in processing the me I still want to be. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. LOL
