Challenged or Up 4 a Challenge?

Share a favorite recipe in a healthier way! Well, one of may favorite snacks this month has been grapes and 2 yrs ago I had my first Grape Salad - who woulda thought? Yes, green grapes in a sour cream/cream cheese coating. Goodness, I could eat the entire bowl and have no idea how it took so long to find this treat.
1 1/2 lbs. green grapes, washed, dried and halved
4 oz. vanilla yogurt
2 oz. of light cream cheese, softened
2 TB of granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
fold in the grapes
Sugar is needed with the original recipe (w/sour cream) but not so sure with the vanilla yogurt. Adding chopped pecans is a nice option to add some texture.
Truly - plain grapes are a safer Snack but this is an easy, refreshing treat to take to a dinner or party.
