Challenged or Up 4 a Challenge?

Share a favorite recipe in a healthier way! Well, one of may favorite snacks this month has been grapes and 2 yrs ago I had my first Grape Salad - who woulda thought? Yes, green grapes in a sour cream/cream cheese coating. Goodness, I could eat the entire bowl and have no idea how it took so long to find this treat.

Grape Salad

1 1/2 lbs. green grapes, washed, dried and halved
mix together:
4 oz. vanilla yogurt
2 oz. of light cream cheese, softened
2 TB of granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
fold in the grapes

Sugar is needed with the original recipe (w/sour cream) but not so sure with the vanilla yogurt. Adding chopped pecans is a nice option to add some texture.

Truly - plain grapes are a safer Snack but this is an easy, refreshing treat to take to a dinner or party.

    Yummy! I bet this would be a big hit at a dinner party. Also, I love your affirmations. I didn't think to print out some pictures... it's amazing what this does to help me throughout the week. I hope it helps you, too!

    I had a similar salad but it had walnuts and chicken. Very yummy. I like the one that says is this what you want?
