Time to Get Back on Track

I've been slipping lately. I'm sure it's a combination of things and I haven't been tracking all my food the way I should. It's so easy to slip back into old habits. I know this is a process and I do feel I'm learning. I'm getting to know myself and what my weak points are. I mainly have problems with afternoon eating. It seems when I get one thing under control another pops up. Eventually it will all come together.
