I've slipped the last few weeks. Back to eating sweets (after giving them up for Lent) and not exercising as much. It's hard with our schedule and so much going on to cook good/healthy meals and to get exercise in. And I can tell the effects fo that as my pants were a bit snug this morning.
So I re-commit (and writing it down helps me)
* Cut back on sweets. Not 100% eliminated but will not overindulge.
* Quit snacking. Hardest time is after work right when I get home
* Exercise - even if it is just 10-15 minutes.
