I am so proud of myself! This weekend I attended a seminar in town for business. Normally at these seminars I eat everything in site, make bad choices, and get very little exercise. This time was different.
Friday I only ate part of my dinner, had no dressing on my salad, and did not eat a roll. Saturday I had a quick breakfast, ate only part of my lunch, and ate half a roll. For dinner on Saturday I ordered a 6 oz filet and only ate 4 oz. I asked for my salad dressing on the side and only put three teaspoons on my salad, didn't eat the bread but did eat asparagus and spinach...and I did NOT eat any of the cookies they had!
I also got over 10,000 steps both days. Instead of gaining weight this weekend I lost a pound! Yes it was a great weekend!
