I am trying to get back on track. I pulled muscle in chest and just could not do anything, I have stayed off sugar and watched what I ate but have not no workouts this week yet. need to take care of self/

Yes, you definitely do need to take care of yourself!! That's #1 on everyone's list because if you don't you can't take care of anything or anyone else. I have to say if I told my husband I was trying his response would be, 'yes, you are'. lol 2824 days ago
