I am trying to get back on track. I pulled muscle in chest and just could not do anything, I have stayed off sugar and watched what I ate but have not no workouts this week yet. need to take care of self/

    Hey, you are doing great keeping away from sugar and watching what you are eating! Take some time to get well and let that chest heal. Take one day at a time...you'll get back on the bandwagon!

    Yes, you definitely do need to take care of yourself!! That's #1 on everyone's list because if you don't you can't take care of anything or anyone else. I have to say if I told my husband I was trying his response would be, 'yes, you are'. lol
