i also had c sections on all my kids even though two were planned c sections after the first emergency sections they all ended up being emergencies and none was on the planned c section date, lol.there are lots of spark teams here on pregnancy and getting pregnant etc plus sp has a site especially for when pregnant.also babyfit.com could help you.try and get as miuch information as possible as knowledge is power.i found as i got older the pregnancies got harder but you might not find that so as you are fitter, healthier and thinner than you were for the other two pregnancies.either way i know you will try and enjoy every aspect and i look forward to hearing about your progress.re the medal yes it is awesome.i want one.lol. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hey, congratulations! I never did it right with eating when I was pregnant with my three kids but what I learned AFTERWARD was that you really only need a few hundred more calories per day when you're pregnant - like a bagel with peanut butter extra, or an extra snack extra....etc. Nothing major. Talk to your doctor about what to do or maybe see a nutritionist to do it the right way. You can do it! And great looking medal! Congrats!

Ok, viewing it now.. that didn't take long. Good!

Yes, I was one who started at 300 lbs, lost 60 lbs with SparkPeople and then got pregnant.. I was only down to 240 then, about half of where I wanted to get to (about 180). I gained 43 lbs up to 283 or so during pregnancy. I got down to 270.. then lost to 260, and stayed there a few years. I tried WW and SP once and never really got committed again til my son was almost 5 yrs old.. but now I finally am. I think it would be easier to pay better attention if I got pregnant again during the process.. to eat very healthy and be more careful about the ice cream sundaes and donut binges. I desperately want another child, but am already 43 yrs old.

Didn't realize you had two other children. Wow!
