Still At It

I had a busy day today. I took Mom out again shopping. I came home and did my walk along the river 60 min worth. It is really kicking in now. I want to get the habit of doing it daily. I pray it will take off the pounds. I am of coarse watching what I eat too.

So I am keeping on keeping it till I get to my goal again. Persevere.

    Endorphins are a good thing! Exercise really does make you feel better and can be habit forming!
