I've been quiet, but I'm back

It's been awhile since I did much on SparkPeople. The holidays were tough, but I got back on track. Then this semester started, and it's been incredibly busy and stressful. It's my last semester of school. I graduate next month. So I've been slacking on being very present on the site. I've also been slacking in continuing to lose weight.

But what's the good news? I've maintained the weight loss I already made. This is encouraging to me - I haven't put any weight back on. The eating habits I developed have certainly paid off in that regard, and of course drinking lots of water. This means I can pick up where I left off. Though my eating habits aren't bad, I stopped tracking what I ate. I'm going to start again. I'm also going to start making sure I exercise regularly again, three days a week, not just when I feel like I have time.

So starting tomorrow, it's Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday visits to the gym and tracking everything I eat. My next and newest goal is to lose around another 18 lbs by my birthday. (June 11th)
