As hard as it was.... way to go on taking it easy!! Better safe than very sorry when it comes to injuries -- especially those knees. (Of which I know about oh too well!)
We all have our "own" pace levels, urs is faster, so i can totally understand where your coming from. Thats like someone saying Oh im so sore after Zumba, and im like REALLY?! Ive never been sore? i know im doing the moves right lol. Our bodies are different, they will react in different ways. You did what you HAD to do, to reassure you kept ur knee in good condition, and for your knee not to act up with 3 miles, thats awesome. I hope it stays that way! me on the other hand, lol- my left knee is killing me. No matter what exercise i do. I did an hr of Zumba yesterday, and my mom told me to stay away from exercises that have alot of bounce in them.....easier said then done mom :) But i know when my body has had enough, and i cut it short. U gotta do the same thing, so your doing awesome :) proud of u! 3303 days ago
