So yeah. I need to organize my thoughts if I'm going to ever write a book. That means things like... outline. Plan. Collect my thoughts. Focus.
Oh yeah, that. Focus. My brain is a rambling maelstrom (if you can picture such a thing), and that's on a good day.
There's also the fact that I just don't know what to dig into that deeply. I'm not trying to write another weight loss guide here, and I don't know what about my story would be compelling enough to drive a book.
The only things people ask me are:
"how did you do it" and "how do you stay motivated". I could answer that in 2 sentences, and here they are:
1. Proper diet and exercise under the guidance of a good personal trainer.
2. Training this hard allows me to do something I absolutely love beyond the pain and struggle.
There you go. The answer. The entire book. Don't try to read it all in one sitting...
