My March Update

I thought that I would update about everything. So far in about a month I've lost 17 pounds & my husband lost 22 pounds. We try to eat right & go for a walk at least 1-2 times a day. I'm feeling much better (wasn't feeling too good earlier) & I'm still going strong. I'm going to do this, I'm going to get this weight off & once I get it off I'm going to keep it off. Well going to go for now, it's late.

    Good job on a successful weight loss month. Exercise and eating healthly will make you feel better so that you will want to continue doing all the good things. You will get stronger and stronger as the pounds come off. I hope April is a good month for you also.
