I survived the week. I made it down a bit, but not where I wanted to be. I guess considering that I was sitting much more this week, I was setting the bar a little high. Plus, down is always better than up!
I didn't make it to four runs, just three. Which is fine, and what's on the plan, but I really wanted to squeeze the extra one in! I also didn't do the best on sleeping 8 hours a night. It is really hard to resist my night owl tendencies!!! Plus, I lose an hour tonight, so I have to really try and focus on that this week so I am not so sleepy.
Next week, I will be back to running around like a maniac, so that will certainly help. Maybe I can catch up? In the meantime, I got 5 points yesterday. Not so bad, since it was Friday and we went out for happy hour after work.
So, next week I plan on kicking some butt! Rowr!
