Up and Down

Up and Down...I think that is how it is going to go. I went down 4 lbs for last week's weigh in and went up 2 lbs for this week. I have been trying to figure out what the problem is, besides too many calories, and I have decided that I need to cut back on bread items a bit.
Today I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast and stir fried vegetables with egg for lunch and dinner. Now to keep it up.

I have a question for those who have reached their goals. Did you have up and down weeks? I guess I need to know that you did.

    Hi Mary.....I'm not at my goal so I can't answer your question about going up and down. When I first started tracking my food, I was surprised to see how much sodium is in bread and we all know where too much sodium leads us....... fluid retention!!! So maybe that is why your scale is going up and down so much. I added sodium to my nutrient tracker and it did help how I feel most of the time. Being consistent with drinking our water is important too. Just stay diligent about tracking your nutrition and making good healthy choices. You'll see consistent results if you focus on small changes.
