Up and Down

Up and Down...I think that is how it is going to go. I went down 4 lbs for last week's weigh in and went up 2 lbs for this week. I have been trying to figure out what the problem is, besides too many calories, and I have decided that I need to cut back on bread items a bit.
Today I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast and stir fried vegetables with egg for lunch and dinner. Now to keep it up.
I have a question for those who have reached their goals. Did you have up and down weeks? I guess I need to know that you did.
