Update - Crossfit!

Hey everyone, I suppose it is time for an update! I won't go into the rollercoaster/trainwreck the last few months have been but things are looking better! I randomly bought a groupon a while ago and finally decided to redeem it at this place called Faction. I had never heard of it and wasn't sure what I was getting into so I got signed up for the fundamentals class that started in the beginning of February.
From the website I could tell that it was going to be hard. I hadn't even ever heard of crossfit before! But I was hopeful that even if I was way farther out of shape than everyone else that it would provide the motivation and right level of challenge for me.
Well I am now on my fourth week, and I love it! I mean LOVE it. Few things in the world are good enough for me to wake up in the 6 o'clock hour by my own choosing, and this is one of them. The scale hasn't moved, but I feel fantastic, so I am imagining that I have lost some fat but also gained muscle from all the workouts.
So I signed up for three more months! Wish I could do more, but that is all that I can afford right now. But I will be doing this from now until June 15th. Hopefully I will have some pretty awesome progress pictures to post by then!
Because I have been introduced to crossfit, it then follows that I have also been introduced to Paleo. I am trying to fit more fruits and vegetables in and less bread, but I am not sure that I want to be eating so much meat. So I am kind of designing my own diet loosely based on paleo haha. We bought a juicer and I love it so that will be a great way to help us get in our veggies.
