Brief goals, track food, stop eating so much sugar and exercise at Curves @least 3xs a week.
I am miserable at the weight I am and after losing almost 30 lbs and putting every lb back on I feel even worse.
WORK THE SUGAR OUT OF MY DIET
EXERCISE @ CURVES @ LEAST 3xs EACH WEEK.
Oh, and one more thing, I am going to spend @ least 20 minutes of my 45 minutes lunch reading motivating blogs and articles.
