Here I go again...

I'm baaaack...

Brief goals, track food, stop eating so much sugar and exercise at Curves @least 3xs a week.

I am miserable at the weight I am and after losing almost 30 lbs and putting every lb back on I feel even worse.

TRACK FOOD
WORK THE SUGAR OUT OF MY DIET
EXERCISE @ CURVES @ LEAST 3xs EACH WEEK.
Oh, and one more thing, I am going to spend @ least 20 minutes of my 45 minutes lunch reading motivating blogs and articles.

    we can do this hun. I gained 35lbs after losing and messing around last year, I am back to get rid of the 35lbs and the rest along with it. I have so far lost 18lbs. It will take time but we can do this, I find that logging helps and tracking everything that goes into your mouth! emoticon
