    lol, I don't have tendonitis currently. I had tennis elbow about a year ago and while it sounds like a wimpy little injury, it really is a nagging little bastard. I used a Theraband Flex Bar. Not sure if that would help tendonitis and it certainly doesn't work as quickly as a minute or two.

    I wrapped it around itself a couple or three times, and hold it against your knee while pulling. The rubber "sticks" to itself well enough to hold tension as you wrap it. You just tuck it in somewhere after you have it wrapped and move it through the ROM... I would say it's really uncomfortable but not exactly painful.You can did it. : )
    I revised my method somewhat and got it easier to do by yourself.

    Holy shnit that looks painful. But if it works, I'd give it a try. Gotta find someone strong enough to wrap it like that for you.
