WooHoo!! I am finally off of my 1st plateau...yay!

I weighed myself this morning and there were 2 great things. First, I lost 2 pounds and I am off my plateau. Second, since I lost 2 pounds, I am officially in Onederland. It is only by one pound that I am in Onederland, but I am claiming it.
You know, I think being on a plateau helps you. It helps by building your stick with it muscles. If you can stick with it through a plateau, then when you break through, it is so sweet.
If you are on a plateau, please don't get discouraged. It is just your body adjusting. Just keep plugging away and eventually you will get off the plateau and it will be great.
Now to go drink some water.
