Gotten Off Track

Well I was away on a retreat over the weekend and got way off track on my exercise. Right now I haven't worked out since my Ballet class on Thursday night and am feeling pretty bad about it. I will work out tonight (I will go to ballet class) and hopefully will be back on track and working out the rest of the week. Food has gone well however and so I am pretty proud of myself for at least keeping on track with that.
This coming weekend is going to be hard again because I am leaving to visit my sister right after my last class on Friday and so won't have time to workout on Friday and probably won't be able to work out while I am down with her. Once I come back on Monday I am promising myself I will get right back on track and workout that night!
We'll see how it goes, its so easy to fall out of the habit of working out when you don't do it for a couple days.

    I got off track with exercising as well. We just have to do it then stick to it. Good luck at ballet class!!
