75 minutes already??

I guess I should probably bump my goal up. I'm DOUBLING my orignal 200 cardio minute goal to 400 minutes for February! Today I took Minnie for a quick walk, then finished up the night with a local Zumba class. I have definitely gotten out of shape since I last went, but I'm feeling really good about having gone and having done so well. It only gets easier.
