I gained 15 lbs. since hitting my SparkPeople goal weight

Ok; there, I said it aloud.

In total, I had lost 30 lbs. Then, I graduated from school, settled into working and other activities and then the pounds started coming back on.

Boy, do I feel it.

1) I'm not as good at handling stress
2) I'm more lethargic
3) I'm less me

But, now I've come clean to SparkPeople and I have some news goals and it's time to take some steps forward.

    Honesty with yourself is the first Step to accomplishing goals. You will lose those 15 pounds. Just take your steps, and work toward your goals, and you will achieve "greatness".
