Back on Track!

Well I'm totally back on track from this weekend and boy does it feel good. I did two really good workouts yesterday (Ballet class and half an hour of Amy Dixon Breathless Body) and wasn't too bad about snacking in the evening although could have been better.
Today has been great. Did The Firm: Ultimate Fat Burning Workout which is a little easier than my usual workout but I was sore today and wanted to take it kind of easy but still get in a good sweat. And here I am at 10:00 still perfectly on track for diet, no mindless snacking so far so it's looking good on that front as well! About 2 more hours of homework and then bed so hopefully I can keep up the no snacking till then!
Also had a great video chat with a friend who is overseas this semester and had a great phone call with another friend who graduated in May and who I haven't seen in a while. So overall a good day! Looking forward to my easier day of classes tomorrow and my Ballet class in the evening!
