Ok. So....I haven't blogged on here for like 6 months!!!! So I am kind of restarting this whole thing. I really would like to keep a journal, so this is going to be my journal!

So last summer I was doing TurboFire and counting calories and was having some success! Then, in the fall, I got off track and ended up pretty much not working out. BUT...luckily, I didn't really gain any of the weight I had lost. I originally started out weighing 142-143 last summer when I started this and while working out and counting calories, I lost about 10 pounds in about 3 months. So far the lowest number I have seen on the scale is 133. My goal weight is 115-120.

Right now I currently weigh 136.2 so I have gained 3 of those pesky pounds back. When the new year (2012) hit, I began TurboFire again and was determined to complete it this time! I even have more motivation to hit goal weight and get lean and toned because I got engaged in November and will be getting married in October! So I was working out to Turbo, doing really good and not missing any of my classes (workouts) and then BAM! I fell down the stairs on January 22 and broke 2 toes on my left foot! My big toe and the one next to it. So needless to say, no TurboFire for me for a good 6 weeks. Which means, I am having to really pay attention to those calories! I actually miss working out! I definitely can tell just in the 2 weeks that I haven't been able to work out that my energy level has dropped.

So! Positive Thinking! Here is my plan! Starting in March, when toes are healed, I will restart Turbo! It is a 20 week program which will have me completing it right around my 32nd birthday (July) which still is plenty of time to lose weight, get tone for wedding! And definitely counting calories. I also strive to have most of my calories at breakfast, and the least at dinner. I am also going to start trying to have dinner eaten by 7 with no more eating after 7 pm each night~

I plan on writing at least once a week in this jounral starting now to track progress. For the month of February, since I wont be doing Trubo, I will mostly be tracking eating and may incorporate some arm and ab exercises.
