Fitness 2011 Summary

Here's a quick summary of what I accomplished, fitness-wise, in 2011. The first few months, I did some walking, but I had a hard time keeping myself going. Then, in May, I started biking to work. You can see what that did to my fitness minutes! I feel good about this. I got off to a slow start, but I didn't accept defeat, and I didn't let it stop me.
