Time to undo the damage!

I am returning to SparkPeople after being away for quite some time. I have lost a lot of ground during my time away. I haven't gained that much weight (around 15 lbs over a couple of years) BUT I have lost SO MUCH lean muscle. My body fat comp went up from 26 to 36. I feel so disappointed in myself for letting this happen. What's worse is that I have been in the gym, working out all this time!! The problem is that I dropped my cardio down to about one day a week and only did weight training twice a week. I did the bare minimum and pretty much ate whatever I wanted. Now is the time to turn this around before I find myself writing that my body comp is up even more. I have been logging in my food again and must say that it is so helpful to see it in writing. I am working out most every day and am signing up to run a minimum of one race/month. While it is often difficult, I am trying to run 4 days a week, even if it is only for 20 minutes. 2012 WILL BE the year that I find my groove AGAIN!
