I did it I did 60 min of strength training and walking 3 miles. So I feel good that I did it again. I did the Wii and I did Leslie Sansone's 3 mile program.
So I did that then I had to make my great brownies for my son it is his poker night and the guys love and request me to make them. I use to do it all the time for them when I lived here. They missed them.
So today is a good day for me.
