Lost an inch from my waist. Thighs, biceps, and hips stayed the same.

Switch Kicks: 60 / 65
Power Jacks: 54 / 62
Power Knees: 87 / 107
Power Jumps: 35 / 44
Globe Jumps: 11 / 10
Suicide Jumps: 12 / 16
Push Up Jacks: 20 / 26
Low Plank: 37 / 47

Used my heart rate monitor for first time. Burned 260 calories. Average heart rate 145.

So happy with the results I'm getting! My shoulders are beginning to look awesome!

    Great results Cococa. a big improvement.
    Dont worry about the 11 to 10 globe jumps.
    I only managed to get 11 on my second test. 8 on my first. Put it down to using better form the second time around! ;)

    Sheryl, home meet on Thursday at 6:30 against GET! Senior night and parents' night. Paige has 5 new moves!! Can't wait to see them! They are also trying to reschedule the invite for Friday night, but there might only be 3-4 teams.
