Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

I am still having trouble with that "trouble goal" of overindulging at get-togethers. I also have a different routine on the weekend, just like many other people. So my exercise hasn't been happening.
One weekend day is good to rest entirely from exercise, but two days put together gets me off track. On Monday morning I feel like I'm starting from scratch!
Right now, it's two steps forward, one step back. But that's progress, isn't it???
