Need to Wire the Bathroom for the Internet

... for the time I am spending in there lately.
I'm still new here, and one of the hardest changes to accommodate is drinking (or, should I say "renting") 64 ounces of water a day. As a 50 year-old male, already I was aware that my bathroom visits are somewhat more frequent than in my youth. Now with this high level of water consumption, it seems like I live my life in the potty. I trust I am not alone.
If I pound down the full 64 ounces in the morning (basically as quickly as I can; definitely by 11AM), I may have a fighting chance to preserve the sanctity of my sleep. However,, I wonder whether the dietary benefit of the water is lessened if I concentrate drinking over a few morning hours, as opposed to spaced all day long?
Any thoughts? Similar experiences? Disadvantages to warp-speed water pounding?
