Well, I woke up this morning around 8:30 (thats late for me!) I tossed and turned all night. Anyway, I had looked at the gym class schedule the night before, and wanted to hit zumba at 10:15, but before that, I wanted to do some running to get my heart rate up before the class. So, I had my coffee (a must or i get a migraine), a promax bar, got dressed, woke up and sat for a bit, then headed to the gym.
IT. WAS. PACKED. All of the treadmills were taken, so I hopped on the elliptical and did that for 15 minutes until I saw the line for zumba getting long, so I got into line. Finally it was time for class. I had a great time. Again, I'm not exactly coordinated, but it was FUN! Todays class was all latin dancing, and I loved it. I really do want to take a salsa dancing class sometime!! I burned 500 calories in the class.
After class, there was a treadmill open, so I ran for almost an hour and got my big calorie burn, then hit the bike as a cool down. The result? 2 hours and 1200 calories WOO HOOO!!!!
It was past lunch at that point, and I was starving. I headed across the street to Panera Bread, and had lunch there. Came home showered, did things around the house and then headed out again.
Got a pedicure (a must for me), ran errands, hit sports chalet for more sports tape for the ol knee, and then Wahoos for dinner (had a burrito).
Came home, now I'm just relaxing, watching "Love Happens" (Jennifer Aniston - LOVE LOVE LOVE her and Aaron Eckhart). Problem is, I watch romantic comedies and I get that lonely feeling. Sheesh, some nights I am such a girl!
Not sure what I'm going to end up doing tomorrow, but I MAY attempt a spinning class (really not positive about this one). Not sure the knee or I can handle it!!! But i will definitely be working out. I need the stress relief!
